For Ages 5-15
Every day these little chefs will be making 2 fun and creative recipes (savory & sweet) using seasonal ingredients. They will learn beginner safety knife skills, different plating techniques, the basics of cooking, and the science behind why it works.
Inspired by new recipes each week. On the last day of class we will have a “Chopped®” Style Competition where our young chefs are able to showcase their new skills!
Each student goes home beautiful apron, chef hat and a e-cookbook!
Kids will be have a spot in the order payment is received via email.

CULINARY PASSPORT AROUND THE WORLD, Take a trip around the globe in this Culinary Passport camp! We’ll be making recipes from all over the world to learn about and experience different cultures and try the incredible foods. Come stamp your passport with BakeologyU Kids

BAKE WARS , Campers will learn decorating techniques, baking delicious desserts and on the last day execute their own vision in a cake masterpiece in a Chopped Kids competition! Perfect for the decorator in your life, this camp is full of fondant, sprinkles, and fun!!

TV TRENDS, Jump into all your favorite cooking shows in this week of camp! We’ll be doing Nailed It!, Great British Baking Show, Master Chef Jr, Sugar Rush, and Kids Chopped Baking challenge. A mix of sweet and savory recipes and a tiny bit of friendly competition make this an awesome week of camp!

CREATE YOUR OWN RESTAURANT, Forget about going out to restaurants, we are going to make your kids into restaurant connoisseurs, and learn to make amazing meals for the entire family. We will learn how to create a menu and name for their restaurant as well as all the basics of how to read and follow recipes, measuring and mixing and creating!

SUMMER FUN, What's better in the summer besides sunny days? Picnics, Beachdays, Playdates! Join us as we spend the week creating savory and sweet creations that taste delicious inside and out! Picnic basket favorites there are to easy to bring to the beach or park! We will end the week with a picnic enjoying our creations!

COOKING ACROSS AMERICA, Beep, beep! Join us for a culinary road trip across America. Get ready to taste our way through our country's regional flavors as we head on this sweet and savory chef's adventure. From New York City to California and in between, each day we'll explore the local zest of new cities throughout the good ole U.S.A. Buckle up your apron and let's get cooking!

EVERYTHING DISNEY, We will bring Disneyland to our kitchen. From Main Street to Adventure Land, we will be creating sweet and savory Disney inspired creations! From favorite park treats to creating some of our favorite characters, this class is a definite for your Mouseketeer!

DESSERT WARS, The game is on. Our celebrity chefs of tomorrow are challenged this week in creating desserts that will be creative, challenging and have a few mystery ingredients added. Besides learning the proper ways to measure, read a recipe, they will learn how science and math are a big part of baking. Mystery baskets, challenges and most of fun will make for an exciting and yummy week!
August 2nd thru August 6th, 2021 9am -12pm
CUCINO ITALIANO, Take a trip to Italy ! This class will give your child the chance to learn how to cook basic Italian recipes. From cookies to pizza, to marinara sauce and pasta the kids will love learning traditional methods of cooking and baking, building memories and learning recipes to share with friends and family for years to come.
